In 12 mins find your Bench Press 1RM
4 Rounds
500 mtr Row
Max Reps of Bench Press @ 66% of 1RM
Do this with a partner alternating Rounds
IE 4 Rounds each using Partners Round as your rest
Record Rowing time and reps done
Your slowest Row and your lowest reps
count as your score
