"Saturday WOD"
Friday was so much fun it seemed only fair
to let all the Saterday crew get the chance
to complete Friday's WOD
Those that had already done the WOD on friday
were given the choice of
1) Same format - One min Box Jumps 20"
2) Same format - One min Rows
3) 5 x 500 mtrs Row - 3 min Rest
Scale as required
