"Who Needs Legs"
5 pull ups (substitute 2 muscle ups + 1 rope climb)
5 bench dips
12 push ups(sub either 10 raised pu, 8 hand stands or 4 HSPU)
12 KBS (sub 8 reps if you go "heavy")
as many rounds as you can do in twenty minutes
