Row 450 m
Kettlebell Swing 21 reps
Push Press 21 reps
Wallball Shots 21 reps
Each person starts at a different station (minimum 4 required)
whilst waiting for the rowers to finish, the others must hold either:
"The Chair", "The Plank" or "Single leg Lunges"
until the rower/s finishes
30 seconds between reps
2 minutes between rounds
