3000m, row/run/crosstrain
KBS can be completed in any quantity, with NO PAUSE.
As soon as you pause, you must row/run/xft the equivalent distance
eg if you complete 25 swings you complete 250m.
eg if you complete 25 swings you complete 250m.
At the end of each section you should also complete 5 air squats.
