15 SDHP 24/16 kg
15 Sit ups
15 Gobblet Squats 24/16 kg
15 Leg Lunges

At 10 mins in Change to 100 m Row and 10 Reps of each
With 5 mins to go change to 60 m Run and 5 Reps of each
