5 Rep BBC(Barbell Bear Complex) consisting of

5 Deadlift
5 Hang Power Clean
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press
5 Back Squat
Total 25 reps per set

Round 1 = 5 sets BBC followed by 500 m Row
Round 2 = 4 sets BBC followed by 400 m Row
Round 3 = 3 sets BBC followed by 300 m Row
Round 4 = 2 sets BBC followed by 200 m Row
Round 5 = 1 set BBC followed by 100 m Row

Men 40 kg - Ladies 27.5 kg
